The astrological weather of the month will be dominated by the conjunction (or the coming together) of the planets Jupiter, Chiron, and Neptune in the sign of Aquarius. What can we expect to be feeling? How can we dress for the weather?
To start, society is and has been feeling wounded for a while now. In the effort to seek relief from the pain, much knowledge and wisdom has been gained while trying to cope. How are we feeling wounded?

We are all used to being “pleasers” or “yes” men, allowing higher-ups to rule us and call the shots. Playing this game relieved us of the responsibility (or the burden) of participating in a true democracy — where each individual has his say, contributing to the welfare of all. Not just in government, but in all groups — families, the workplace. Let someone else do it.
Now that the world and it’s top-heavy structures have gone topsy-turvy, we cannot afford to withhold our individual gifts from mankind any longer. We hurt because we haven’t had the courage — to dare, to stand-up, stand-out and be perceived as strange.
The people of the world are going through an awkward growth phase that could be likened to a mid-life crisis. The planets Jupiter (the wise guru), Chiron (the wounded healer), and Neptune (the mystical shaman) are coming together to show us the way.

It’s time to let go the ego by releasing the need to immediately gratify our personal desires. By now we know (via the internet), at least intellectually, that we are all connected. We must learn how to take pleasure in healing others and thus, healing ourselves. One cannot happen without the other.
The tribal structure has broken up. A world-wide diaspora of families and whole societies has occurred (Katrina, the takeover of Tibet by China). We now spend more time at work and chatting with people online — relying less on a home, homeland, or religion to define who we are. The upside of this is that we now understand by personal experience that the whole world is our family. Instead of feeling cut off, it’s “love the one your with!”
A better world is being invented anew everyday in the wake of disaster. Why not participate in it’s re-creation?

In tough financial times, you may be forced to discover and share your unique talents, just to get an edge on the competition. However, in the process you may accidentally stumble upon your true-calling. Know that when your efforts are motivated by higher principles and not just money, the universe will give you a hand-up. You are grown-up enough now to take on the roles of The Wise Teacher, The Wounded Healer, The Mystical Shaman. Don’t underestimate your wisdom, talents, dreams, visions, or intuition. Suppressing your gifts denies not just you, but the whole world a chance for renewed life. Sharing your “wealth” and speaking your truth inspires others to do the same.
